Introduction
This Policy governs subscription cancellations for Partners using the TopedoX Partner App (“Partner App”) owned and operated by Eyedentifyme Pty Ltd.
By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
Auto-Renewable Subscription Information
This app offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Eligibility For Cancellation
- Any active Partner may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Subscriptions must be cancelled by the registered account holder; third-party requests will not be processed without authorization.
Cancellation Process
- Via App Navigate to Subscription Settings Cancel Subscription Confirm cancellation.
- Via Support Submit a cancellation request to TopedoX support via the App, email, or official support line.
- Confirmation A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of successful cancellation.
Notice Period & Effective Date
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial month refunds are issued for remaining days in a billing cycle, except as required by law.
Refunds
Non-Refundable Fees Except as mandated by law or TopedoX error, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Billing Errors Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges or technical errors after review by TopedoX.
User Initiated Refund Requests Must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date for consideration.
Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Partners are responsible for ensuring payment methods remain valid to avoid disruption.
Account Access Post Cancellation
- Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, the account reverts to the free plan (if available), and any subscription-only features are disabled.
Reactivation
- Cancelled subscriptions may be reactivated at any time by subscribing to a paid plan again.
- Previous subscription history may be retained for financial record-keeping and audit purposes.
Limitation Of Liability
- TopedoX is not liable for lost benefits, missed promotions, or revenue due to late cancellation requests.
- This Policy does not affect statutory consumer rights.
