- A Work Platform for professional networking, employment opportunities, and career development.
- A Marketplace for buying, selling, and auctioning goods or services.
- A Service Platform for booking, scheduling, and discovering service providers.
By creating an account, accessing, or using this App, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- User Any individual accessing the App for personal or business purposes.
- Buyer A User purchasing or bidding for goods or services in the Marketplace
- Seller A User listing goods or services in the Marketplace.
- Service Provider A business or freelancer offering services via the Service Platform.
- Work Platform User Any User using the App for professional networking, job applications, or career development.
- Content All data, images, videos, profiles, posts, or listings submitted by Users
- Subscription Services Paid premium features (boosted ads, verified accounts, advanced search, etc.).
- Personal Data Information about an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under POPIA, GDPR, and CCPA.
- TopedoX Entities TopedoX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns.
Eligibility
Age Requirement
- You must be 18 years or older to use this App.
- If under 18, you may only use the App with parental/guardian supervision.
Account Registrationt
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
- You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or operate multiple fraudulent accounts.
Restricted Users
You may not use this App if you:
- Have been previously banned or suspended.
- Are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your jurisdiction
- Intend to use the App for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity.
Services Provided
Work Platform
- Enables networking, resume posting, job applications, and video introductions.
- TopedoX does not guarantee job offers, contracts, or employment.
- Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for postings and recruitment practices.
Marketplace
- Facilitates buying, selling, and auctioning of goods/services.
- TopedoX is not a party to sales contracts; transactions occur directly between Buyer and Seller.
- We do not guarantee quality, authenticity, or delivery.
Service Platform
- Allows booking of services and appointments with providers
- TopedoX does not verify provider competence, licensing, or quality.
- Payments processed via TopedoX are subject to our Refunds & Cancellations Policy (see Section 10).
User Responsibilities
By using this App, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws (labor, consumer, and data protection).
- Post only accurate, lawful content that you own or have rights to share.
- Respect the rights of other Users, including privacy and intellectual property.
- Not engage in fraud, scams, harassment, or abusive conduct.
- Not misuse the App through hacking, scraping, bots, or spamming.
Content & Intellectual Property
User Content:
- You retain ownership of your content.
- By posting, you grant TopedoX a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the App.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload or share content that is::
- Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful.
- Harassing, violent, or hateful.
- Sexually explicit or exploitative.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
TopedoX Content
- All trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology belong to TopedoX.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software.
Subscriptions, Payments & Fees
Free and Paid Features
- Core features are free, but premium features require a subscription.
- Paid services include: boosted marketplace listings, premium job postings, verification badges, and analytics tools.
Payments
- Refunds follow our Refunds Policy (Section 10)
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable unless required by law (CPA, GDPR withdrawal rights, etc.).
- Auto-renewals may be disabled via your device settings or account dashboard
Auto-Renewable Subscription Information
This app offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation And Termination
User Cancellation You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.
User Refunds Unless otherwise required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Pro-rata refunds may be provided in cases of confirmed billing error or service fault.
User Breach of Terms We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in conduct harmful to other users.
Effect of Termination Upon termination, your right to access or use the App ends immediately, and you must delete any copies of the App on your devices.
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and updated information in your account profile.
Prohibited Conduct You must not:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Upload or share offensive, defamatory, or infringing content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its networks
- Impersonate another individual or entity
Device Security You are responsible for securing your device, credentials, and any activity carried out through your account.
Community Standards
Respectful Use Users must interact respectfully with other members, partners, and service providers
Reporting Abuse We provide in-app tools and support channels to report misconduct, abuse, or violations
Content Monitoring We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable laws
Disclaimers
“As-Is” Basis The App and services are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
No Guarantee of Availability We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from the App’s use.
Third-Party Services We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party service providers integrated into the App
Limitation Of Liability
Indirect Damages To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopedoX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Maximum Liability Our total liability to any user for any claim, loss, or damage shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Consumer Rights Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under consumer protection laws (e.g., the Consumer Protection Act in South Africa).
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and intellectual property in the App remain the property of TopedoX or its licensors.
User Content By posting or sharing content on the App, you grant TopedoX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the App.
Restrictions You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the App or its content except as permitted under these Terms.
Third-Party Services & Links
External Links The App may include links to third-party websites, tools, or platforms.
Responsibility We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services or content.
Risk Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and subject to their separate terms and policies.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Users accessing the App from outside South Africa do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Resolution Parties must first attempt to resolve disputes informally through direct communication.
Mediation If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to confidential mediation in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Arbitration If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) rules.
Consumer Rights This clause does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable legislation to pursue remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Modifications To Terms & Services
We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practices, or App features.
Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notices, email, or other reasonable communication channels.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labour disputes, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TopedoX and supersede any prior understandings.m
No Waiver : Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.
Assignment : You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Topedox Partner App

Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the TopedoX Partner App (“Partner App”) operated by TopedoX (Pty) Ltd.
The Partner App enables businesses, contractors, and service providers (“Partners”) to list, promote, and manage services, interact with users, and process transactions.
By registering as a Partner, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter binding agreements.
Businesses must be duly registered or, if operating as sole proprietors, comply with all licensing and tax requirements.
We reserve the right to request verification documents (e.g., business registration, tax compliance certificates).
Account Registration & Security
Partners must create an account with accurate business and contact information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Partner Services & Obligations
Service Listings Partners must ensure their listings are accurate, lawful, and updated regularly.
Service Delivery Partners are solely responsible for fulfilling services offered to users, including quality, timelines, and customer support.
Compliance Partners must comply with applicable consumer, labour, and safety laws.
Fair Dealing Partners must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical conduct.
Subscriptions & Fees
Access to Partner App features may require a subscription plan, subject to applicable fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annually) unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to revise fees with reasonable prior notice (minimum 30 days).
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
Cancellation & Refunds
Partner Cancellation You may cancel your subscription anytime through the Partner App or by contacting support.
Notice Period Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Refunds Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be issued only in cases of billing error or service failure attributable to TopedoX.
Termination by TopedoX We may suspend or terminate a Partner account for breach of these Terms or misconduct.
Payments & Transactions
Payment Processing Payments from users may be facilitated through TopedoX’s integrated payment gateway or approved third-party providers.
Payouts Where applicable, Partner earnings will be remitted according to agreed payout schedules, subject to processing fees and applicable taxes.
Chargebacks & Disputes Partners are responsible for resolving service-related disputes with users. TopedoX may withhold payouts if chargebacks or disputes remain unresolved.
Transaction Records Partners agree to maintain accurate financial records and comply with tax obligations.
Partner Responsibilities
Accurate Information Partners must provide complete, up-to-date business and service details.
Professional Conduct Partners must treat users with respect, respond promptly, and fulfill service obligations.
Prohibited Activities Partners may not:
a) Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity
b) Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity
c) Use the App to harass, intimidate, or harm others
d) Attempt unauthorized access to TopedoX systems.
Content And Intellectual Property
Partner Content Partners retain ownership of content (images, videos, descriptions) but grant TopedoX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute it.
Prohibited Content Partners may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, violent, or otherwise prohibited.
TopedoX IP All trademarks, logos, software, and App designs are owned by TopedoX. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Community Guidelines
User Interaction Partners must engage with users professionally and ethically.
Fraud Prevention Partners must not manipulate ratings, reviews, or transactions.
Reporting Violations Partners should report abuse, suspicious activity, or breaches through the Partner App.
Disclaimers
“As-Is” Service The Partner App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind
The Third-Party Services TopedoX does not guarantee the performance of third-party integrations, service providers, or payment gateways.
No Employment Relationship Partners are independent contractors; TopedoX is not an employer, agent, or co-venturer.
Limitation Of Liability
Indirect Damages Relationship TopedoX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability Relationship Our liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the 6 months prior to the claim.
Consumer Rights This does not limit statutory rights under applicable consumer protection or contract laws.
Payment & Transaction Liability
Partner Responsibility Partners are responsible for completing transactions, providing refunds or adjustments as per their stated policy.
TopedoX Role We are a platform facilitator, not a contracting party to any transaction; we are not liable for service quality, delivery, or fulfillment.
Chargeback Risk Partners acknowledge and accept the risk of payment disputes or chargebacks.
Third-Party Integrations & Services
External Links & Tools The App may integrate with third-party tools, services, or websites.
Partner Responsibility Partners must ensure compliance with third-party terms when using integrated services.
No Liability TopedoX is not liable for third-party service errors, delays, or non-performance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Partners outside South Africa remain responsible for complying with local laws and regulations when using the Partner App.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution Partners and TopedoX should attempt to resolve disputes amicably via direct communication.
Mediation Unresolved disputes may be submitted to mediation under the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) rules.
Binding Arbitration If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by final and binding arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Statutory Rights Nothing limits a Partner’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Modifications To Terms
TopedoX may update or amend these Terms to reflect changes in law, App features, or business practices.
Material changes will be communicated via in-App notifications, email, or official communication channels.
Continued use of the Partner App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Force Majeure
TopedoX is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, strikes, cyberattacks, or government actions.
